04 Account Registration

4.3 Account Security

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of deposit selection.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and FPX/DuitNow are typically credited to your mami188 Balance instantly or within two minutes. Bank transfers may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the sending institution. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation and are subject to network congestion. mami188 does not guarantee processing times for deposits made via third-party channels outside our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by mami188 are subject to the general terms set out in this clause as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) applied to the bonus amount or, where stated, to the bonus plus deposit amount combined. Bets placed using Real-Money Balance do not count toward Bonus wagering requirements.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; sports bets contribute at the rate specified in the relevant promotion terms. mami188 reserves the right to exclude specific games or bet types from wagering contribution.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, single bets or wagers must not exceed MYR 500 (or the equivalent in other stated currencies). Bets exceeding this cap during active bonus play may be voided, and the associated bonus cancelled, at mami188's sole discretion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the expiry window stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted bonuses are automatically removed from the Account upon expiry. The typical expiry window for mami188 bonuses is between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

mami188 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using matched-betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements; colluding with other players; exploiting software errors or game malfunctions. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their Account may be permanently closed.

6.6 Crypto Deposit Bonus

The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus offered by mami188 is capped at MYR 688 per qualifying deposit, is subject to standard wagering requirements, and may not be combined with other welcome bonuses unless the specific promotion explicitly permits combination. Only deposits made via USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH, or BNB qualify for this bonus.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on mami188 are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market, which are accessible within the relevant game or sportsbook interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are placed at the Player's sole risk. Past performance — including previous wins — does not guarantee future results. Gambling inherently involves the risk of losing the entire amount wagered.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game provider interruption, mami188 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake to the Player's Account. No compensation beyond the returned stake will be payable.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mami188 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit promotions.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or mami188 support staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game. Discovery of any such error must be reported to support immediately; exploitation voids all associated winnings.

09 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

mami188's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in that event or, in relation to account matters, the Player's Account balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mami188 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players use the platform at their own risk.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by Player

Players may close their mami188 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be noted — uncompleted bonuses are forfeited upon closure. Verified Real-Money Balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by mami188

mami188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to pass KYC verification; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; or reasonable belief that the Account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.

11.3 Return of Funds on Closure

Where an Account is closed by mami188 due to a breach of these Terms, mami188 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Verified Real-Money Balances that are not subject to a compliance hold will be returned to the Player within a reasonable period following the conclusion of any investigation.

12 Responsible Gambling
